Dear Customers

Dear customers,

During the past 68 years, we felt thankful for great, loyal customers. We’re grateful for your continued [

However, we regret to tell you that without backup repair kits and pumps, reaching the [long-term] and [strategic success] that you’re aiming for will be greatly hindered.

Why? Because all aerobic air pumps fail eventually. Naturally, that means your manufacturing will be held up and your team member’s focus will be diverted while trying to get a new repair kit as quickly as possible. Worse still, if you can’t repair it in time your system will go septic, forcing you to purchase a whole new system as instantly as possible. That will open your system to damage, expend your resources, and it means additional stress for your team and manufacturing results.

If that’s been you, you’re probably striving to reach [efficiency] but you aren’t reaching it because you lack backup protection when emergencies come. That creates a gap for you.

That’s bad, but it can be avoided.

If you put your funds toward a backup repair kit and pump, your pumps will get immediate attention, your teams and manufacturing will be able to keep moving, and [your clients will get to enjoy using your products without interruptions.]

Does that sound helpful?

Now it’s of course possible you have backups or may simply not be interested. If so, that’s not a problem. But if this sounds potentially helpful, here’s how you can see what it could potentially look like for your business:

  1. If your linear pump is making more noise than usual, add a diaphragm repair kit to your cart.
  2. Find a less expensive pump on our site that meets your pressure and flow requirements. Most single-family homes use 80LPM pumps.  Our APW80 is a good choice in that case.  Ensure the new pump produces the proper flow by identifying what you have in your system.
  3. Add the selected pump to your cart and proceed to check out.
  4. Upon receiving the new pump and kit, replace the broken pump with your new one.
  5. Use the repair kit to fix the broken pump.
  6. Reinstall the old pump back into the system.
  7. Store the new, emergency pump back in the box, safely on a shelf in your barn or garage.
  8. The next time your pump needs repair, you can quickly replace it and avoid the stress.

We imagine potentially if you’re still sticking with how you’ve been doing things, then a year from now you’re having a few emergencies throughout the year which will be depleting your growth and stressing your teams. If you’d like to potentially safeguard against that, follow the steps above or send us your tentative thoughts or questions via email at Su*****@SW********.com.

Regardless, we will always do all in our power to support your long-term and strategic success. We wish you and your teams prosperity, and success in your manufacturing endeavors.
