To Return Merchandise

Before you return a product to Septic Sewage Pumps, please call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-292-9087 or 713-219-1311. The representative will ask you to complete the Merchandise Return Form below. 

Please include a printout of the Merchandise Return Form in the box or packaging with the returned merchandise. 

Return Policy

Septic Sewage Pumps will be unable to accept returns without prior approval. Please speak with our Customer Service Representative by phone at 1-800-292-9087 or 713-219-1313. Refunds are only eligible on merchandise returned within 30 days of the invoiced date in the original, unruined packaging. Items not in their original, unruined packaging may not be exchanged. Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. We will not be able to issue refunds for items that you installed or otherwise used, scratched, or marked after we shipped the product to you. All items returned for refund or exchange must include all the paperwork, manuals, and other materials delivered with the product in the returned packaging.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method: credit card, etc. Expect your refund within 10 days of our receipt of the returned product. You must pay return shipping charges which are not refundable. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus Septic Sewage Pump‘s original expenses for shipping and handling charges. Of course, we will not charge restocking fees in the event of our error on your order.
 
You may not return special ordered or customized merchandise. We may sell special or customized merchandise made to your specifications. You are responsible for verifying or confirming the accuracy of specifications you provide to Septic Sewage Pumps for Custom Products. You may not return special or customized merchandise or cancel orders for such merchandise.
 
We accept returns for refund or exchange on merchandise we sell to you. We cannot accept returns for the same or similar products we did not sell to you.
 
Returns that cross borders may require you to pay duties and fees. We do not refund duties, taxes or fees paid during import or export between your shipping location and our receiving location.
